Kabul says 112 Fighters and 30 Civilians

According to this article, 142 people died in the Air Strike ordered by a German Commander.

The remarks come as the country's unpopular presence in Afghanistan remains in the limelight since a raid called by a German commander killed 142 people in Kunduz just weeks ahead of Federal elections.

This number is reasonable. But it says further that Kabul says, only 30 cilvilian died in the German ordered air strike:

The defense minister has firmly refused to resign over the controversial airstrike near the northern city of Konduz, which Kabul says killed 30 civilians, despite forcing two top officials to step down for withholding 'details'.

So according to the puppet Afghan government 112 Taliban fighters were needed to kidnapp two oil tankers.

Kabul says, in order to please their foreign masters.

According to more reliable information, only 5 out of 147 deads were from the Taliban.
